How Account Deletion Works
Keyo respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data.
1Delete Directly In App
Open the Keyo app → go to Profile / Settings → scroll to Delete Account and confirm your request. Your account will be removed immediately.
2Request Web Deletion
Fill out the form below or email drrealty9@gmail.com with your registered email.
Data Deleted & Retention Policy
- Data Deleted: Your profile details, name, phone number, email address, saved favorites, uploaded property listings, and communication history.
- Retention Policy: Account data deletion requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Aggregated, non-personally identifiable statistical logs may be retained as required by applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
