We only collect personal information that is strictly necessary to provide and improve our core property rental and real estate services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and mobile phone number provided when registering an account.
- Property & Inquiry Data: Properties you view, save to favorites, or inquire about, and messages sent between tenants and property owners or verified agents.
- Device & Usage Information: Basic technical logs, browser/device type, and approximate location (if permitted) to present relevant regional listings.
2. Data Minimization & Optional Information
We adhere strictly to data minimization principles:
- No Mandatory National ID: You are never required to provide a national identification number (such as Aadhaar or Passport) to create an account, browse listings, or contact agents.
- Optional Identity Verification: For property owners or real estate agents who voluntarily choose to obtain a verified badge, identity documentation may be optionally provided and is used solely for authenticity verification.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely for legitimate platform functionality:
- Facilitating direct communication between property seekers, owners, and licensed agents.
- Managing your account preferences, favorites, and property search history.
- Ensuring safety, fraud prevention, and platform integrity.
- Sending transactional notifications regarding your inquiries or account activity.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Account & Personal Data Deletion Rights
In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1 and global data privacy standards, you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time without restriction:
Option A: In-App Deletion (Immediate)
Open the Keyo App → Navigate to Profile / Settings → Scroll down to “Danger Zone: Delete Account” → Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account, authentication credentials, and profile records are erased immediately.
Option B: Web Deletion Portal
You can visit our dedicated web deletion portal at keyo.co.in/delete-account to execute an immediate deletion if logged in or submit a deletion request.
What is deleted: Your full name, email address, mobile number, user profile, favorites, property listings, and communication records.
Processing time: In-app deletions take effect immediately. Web-submitted requests are completely processed within 24 to 48 hours.

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), role-based access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
